Description
Opossums have strong immune systems and low body temperatures, making them resistant to rabies and other diseases. They are also immune to the venom of honeybees, scorpions, and rattlesnakes, and can digest most things without getting sick.
Opossums are meticulous groomers that spend a lot of their waking hours washing themselves. They use their front paws to wash their faces, their hind feet as combs, and their claws to comb their fur.
